This is a city with a surrounding region, and certainly some constituents that live outside of it, but it seems like the focus still needs to be on maintaining the city, and idk man this is the best we got? Surely not a cop though, lol, please stop voting for Aethia.

Aethia's Platform:
As Fyora’s trusted confidant, I wasn’t surprised when she nominated me for a seat on the Faerie Council. I still can’t entirely believe she’s abdicating… but I have accepted her decision, and I will accept the responsibility of helping to lead Faerieland in her place. That leaves Luxina and Iridesia out for my ballot, but honestly, both seem to opportunistic to take this position, as if Fyora was like picking them to take over, and I also don't like that they still glorify her too much.

Iridesia's Platform:
I’m still not sure if I’ll be the best Faerie for the job, but if Fyora sees greatness in me, I’ll trust in that. She was right that I was so much more than just a Grey Faerie – and I think my time as a Grey Faerie has helped me see things that others may overlook. I spent a lot of time outside of Faerieland, so I’ve seen how others live. I want to help as many people as I can, both with my new powers and with my old heart.

Luxinia's Platform:
It's an honour to be chosen by Fyora to be a member of the Faerie Council! I have to admit I’m a little nervous about it, even though I guess technically I’ve helped take down a Neopia-wide threat… But this is a whole other matter. Even so, I think I’m doing all right as the mayor of New Faerieland! And, in addition to my political experience (as little as it may be…), my powers allow me to feel the emotions of others and empathize with them. That can help me be a voice for Neopets within the Faerie Council – both in Faerieland and outside it. It’s important that their voices are heard, too!

Delina's platform is a mess, honestly. I guess she's got the 'im the nice dark faerie rep', but man that's a dumb reason to be voted for. I'm surprised she didn't dump knowledge about infrastructure works, because she seems like a great person to fix the city (physically!!)

Delina's Platform:
I gotta say, Iridesia coming to me with a nomination for the Faerie Council on behalf of Fyora wasn’t something I ever expected to see in my workshop. But I think it’s a good idea – sometimes you need to create something new to solve an old conundrum, yeah? I may not have much experience leading, but I was a mentor to Iridesia, and I’m an expert at my craft. All my crafts! That’s given me the ability to think outside the box… or think up an entirely new box that works more efficiently, and has a bunch of extra features built in. I’d be a good fit for the Council, I think. And as a Dark Faerie I know we get a bad rap, so this could be my chance to show that we’re not all bad, and we want what’s best for Neopia too.

Seshatia is also a resident of the city, the librarian, who hopefully would have a wealth of history to offer about how the city has been run, what other lands have done in their records to handle problems, not to mention probably already storing all the infrastructure records.

Faerieland has been ruled by a queen for as long as any of us can remember. Fyora abdicating is… it’s unprecedented! We’re living through historic times, and I couldn’t be more excited to be given the chance to help create history! As important as tradition is, it’s good to always look to the past to inform our future, and I promise to do just that as a member of the Faerieland Council. Marina is similar, but she is a nurse, which usually comes with a bent towards safety. That sometimes can be a red flag depending on what they consider 'safe', but we don't have many options left at this point.

Marina's Platform:
Luxinia’s nomnation of me to the Faerie Council was… I admit, a little bit unexpected, but very humbling! I see a great many injured Neopets throughout my day, and I am always there to lend a kind smile, a warm hug, and a soothing dip in the waters of the Healing Springs. As the wounds of those who visit me wash away, I always try to have a chat with them, and have heard many heartwarming and heartbreaking stories alike from them. I want to make Faerieland a better place, of course, but I also want to make Neopia a kinder and safer place for everyone. If I am elected, I will take all I have learned from speaking directly with our Neopet friends to do just that!

Naia has the best platform pitch out of anyone--she lives and works in a service capacity in the Faerieland area, and sees all the different facets of life of those living there. The double nominee feels like no one would doubt her ability to do a good job here.

Naia's Platform:
I have to say, I was surprised that Fyora would nominate me for the council, and that Iridesia would second it… but I suppose I do see a lot of Neopets, and have learned a lot about their hopes and dreams. There is beauty in every colour, and in choosing a path for oneself. If I am chosen for the Faerie Council, I will use all I have learned from others in my many years running the Rainbow Fountain to help make Faerieland a more open, understanding, and colourful land, humble though my magic is.

A lot of these candidates brag about being hand-picked by Fyora, which is a terrible sign for replacing leaders with change, but Aethia and Sabrena seem to fall the most in line with Fyora's way of thinking (battle faerie=cop force, Tooth Faerie=young cute influencer)

Sabrena's Platform:
I’ll keep this short and sweet – but not too sweet! Fyora nominated me for the Faerie Council herself, and trusted me to give out quests to Neopians in her stead. I have to believe those were for a good reason. I’m more worldly and powerful than I look, even if I’m young. I think that’s what makes me such a good fit for this position, though! It gives me a new perspective, just like seeing so many Neopians every day does. And if that wasn’t enough to convince you… I have a great smile! :D

That alone means they don't have enough buy-in for their constituents and likely just have money. Speaking of, Kari 100% sits on wealth (neggs), but she does have organizational skills that would be very necessary for anyone to understand the bigger picture of how a city works.

Kari's Platform:
I wasn’t sure I’d be a good fit for the Faerie Council when Luxinia approached me with her nomination, but now that I’ve had some time to think on it… I believe I could bring a lot to the table! And I don’t just mean my Negg harvests. Running the Festival of Neggs for so long has given me some strong experience in organizing events and people, and I’ve gotten pretty good at managing a lot of moving pieces and mentoring people! So if you’re looking for someone experienced, and who knows how to have a good time, I’m the Faerie representative for you.

Let's start with the obvious: Illusen, Nuria, Soup Faerie, Kaia, and Jhudora don't even live in Faerieland. Jhuidah also doesn't live there, but she talks about Mystery Island as if it's a rep position, and I think is the only one capable of being a Treasurer.

Jhuidah's Platform:
As long as I’ve been around, I never would have expected to be nominated for a Faerie Council! I’d be a good fit for it though, I think. I’ve been helping oversee things here on Mystery Island for longer than most folks here can even remember, and I’m rather tuned-in to the economy, having run the Trading Post for as long as I have. I’ll be able to make sure that Faerieland’s wealth doesn’t go to waste, and that trade among all the lands is fair and profitable for everyone. And if that’s not enough to fill your belly, I’ve come up with more than one creative Cooking Pot recipe in my day, so I’m used to finding unique ways to pull things together – even if they don’t seem like they’ll work at first!

This Faerieland Council ticket baffles me, cause there aren't even enough good candidates for the position. I've gotta deal with irl voting soon too, but here's my pitch for why this is the only council that makes sense from who is here:
