An Inphernal spawned as a Mutagear with Vivinecrosis
The mutation is the fact that their gear is their actual heart, and thus, stays summoned and regrows after usage
Only the first few years of usage caused physical pain, as because of her Vivinecrosis, her pain receptors died out at the age of 24
As of now, his Vivinecrosis has caused his blood to stop flowing, alongside making a few parts of his body spontaneously fall off from physical rot (forcing him to sew them back on himself)
Because Vivinecrosis prevents the brain from producing dopamine, Heart is horribly depressed, though they haven't killed themself because it takes a painfully long time for an Inphernal with Vivinecrosis to die without getting either dehorned or brain damaged enough

His gear is built into his right glove.
Was one of the 2 scientists saved by Medkit in the incident.
Later retrieved Subspace's severed head with the help of Warp to forcefully revive him in a robotic form as revenge for being called 'dead meat.'
Was the first to die from Thetagraft's rampage that happened immediately afterwards.

Notes: Nil's trauma stems from his time outside of the Phighting universe (Bat Scythe is just his identity inside Phighting, as he's pretty much an interdimentional garbage disposal tasked with getting rid of everything so that Noli could make his own paradise (that Nil isn't even allowed in))
The neon handprints all over his body represent the 3 people who traumatized him (purple for Noli (on the wrists because of the forced servitude), green for Solis (on the head because of the pseudo-comfort), and pink for Judi (all over the body because of Nil's impulsive obedience not equalling consent, yes he was harmed in a way no Inphernal's anatomy could comprehend))
The collar represents his obedience (it has a rope-like texture because his obedience is strangling him)
The shackles on his wrists and ankles represent him not being able to do anything about his situation, being figuratively chained down and forced to watch himself be used by everyone around him.
