Hi there, I was just testing the FW on the X4. And I am able to connect to Wifi & setup my Custom Server. However, I keep getting this issue "WiFi connected. TRMNL content malformed. Wait or reset by holding button on back." My LaraPaper byos appears to connect but I guess the API response fails?

I've been using this watchface daily and finally got around to figuring out how to add settings. Now I can adjust from light theme and dark theme. And I can update the Reminder from within the settings. I think I can leave this as is and work on other experiments now

So I didn’t realize Clang was part of a compiler for C along with LLVM and gcc was its own compiler. I’m new to C and so I thought Clang was similar to C kind of like to golang is to go 😅

Well oddly enough it somehow fixed itself. I can’t now start the watch face from the app and the app shows the watch connected fully. Thanks for the help!

Finally got the TRMNL screen to display a static version of the latest dashboard image when the screen is locked (power button turned off) Learned a bit about Kindle power states and using KOReader to navigate the filesystem. Also the ScreenSaver hack and USBNetwork hack dont work for my Kindle :/
