'A wayfarer's nocturnal respite on the shore' Moontouched fan art featuring a random Teann wolf. The theme was 'Starting your journey'. In it I wanted to portray a traveler resting. It doesn't matter who he is or where he is going. All that matters is the moment - the celebration of the ordinary. 🌕

Illuminated by a full moon breaking through the clouds, a Teann wolf sits near his campfire on the shore, preparing a meal. The calm water reflects the night sky, bounded by the dark silhouette of a vast forest stretching into the distance.

'To reach the underworld, one must first pass its guardian -Cerberus. To gain this passage, however, may require an adventurer to blow a torch.' 🔥 🐺🐺🐺 An image I did way too late for this year's Wolptober event by @sanima.bsky.social 😅

The image shows a guardian of the underworld - Cerberus, in anthropomorphic form. He is lying on his back on an ancient stone throne. His legs are spread against the back of the throne, while his three heads are hanging from the front of it. His left hand is holding his hard and glowing member out of its sheath. Meanwhile, his right arm is dangling forward, making a gesture as if calling the viewer to come closer. All three of his heads have different expressions.

The one on the left is angry. It appears as if it's demanding to be served and commanding the viewer to come. Meanwhile, the middle head has a sly expression with a smile. He is excited for what's to come. The last head is looking at the viewer from its upside-down position with its tongue hanging out of its mouth. A drip of saliva can be seen on the tongue. He appears carefree and the friendliest of all three.

Behind Cerberus and his throne, a large ancient gate can be seen. It is currently closed. Deep fissures are visible on its surface.

Away from the others, a smile touching his lips, he leaned upon the soft carpet of grass while the gentle breeze brushed his face as he stared at the vast sky, lost in memories of days gone by. Or perhaps his thoughts lingered on someone dear to his heart in those cherished times? #Moontouched #fvn

Chapter One of Moontouched is LIVE on itch! Link in comments Sitting at around 85k words with over 50 CGs, over 50 hand painted backgrounds, and a (mostly) original soundtrack, Chapter One shaped up beautifully! We also have a surprise in the form a new feature that’s available from the start!

After experiencing the demo of Moontouched, a beautiful game crafted by the talented @sanima.bsky.social , I was inspired to create this artwork. If you’re captivated by tales of werewolves, I highly recommend exploring the demo yourself (18+ only): sanima.itch.io/moontouched

A werewolf character from the game 'Moontouched', named Anoam is sitting on the fallen tree in the middle of the forest and is looking at the viewer.
