This lady switched out her muffins because it ‘didn’t feel fresh’. Ma’am they were flash frozen before they even got to us and immediately went into the freezer. Same shipment. Same time. Pulled out of the freezer to defrost yesterday at the same time. They are the same amount of freshness (not)

Workout accountability day 7 Back in it today! More negative pushups~ I was able to do one controlled full body but otherwise they were all knees until failure. Also more sumo squats and some extensive arm stretching today! Muscles felt tight in my arms which is COOL. I'm movin em!!!
