Regulus' Exploration Log @reguluslog.bsky.social · 13/09/2026Great game, great event! Even though I've long not been a WuWa player, this was still a blast even without being that connected to the world and characters anymore. Art seems to be a lot of reuses but the foil really does help. Still, I can't wait for Danjin to show up, hopefully next set! (8/8) 000
Regulus' Exploration Log @reguluslog.bsky.social · 13/09/2026They had an anti-scalping policy where each attendee was only allowed to buy 4 boxes. I bought 1 and then split 1 in half with my friend. We traded cards between us, but also with complete strangers too. Honestly, physical cards are so cool that way. Can't get this with digital gacha games! (7/8) 100
Regulus' Exploration Log @reguluslog.bsky.social · 13/09/2026Unfortunately, this game isn't localized in English or Thai! But the simplicity of the card effects was helpful to the point where people could sit down and play the game comfortably with a bit of searching here and there at the official try-out. The staff were also really knowledgable (6/8 100
Regulus' Exploration Log @reguluslog.bsky.social · 13/09/2026Even with combo rules, the game somehow manages to remain easy to understand while also letting you rack your brain over outplaying your opponent tactically. FG players who enjoy the teambuilding Marvel VS Capcom or DBFZ, or the YOMI Hustleheads who enjoy turn based fighting may like this one (5/8 100
Regulus' Exploration Log @reguluslog.bsky.social · 13/09/2026The characters have various abilities that may trigger upon losing an exchange. Some characters would rather build resources rather than win constant exchanges. Because some attacks can only be used by their own character, you can play some serious mindgames on your opponent just by switching (4/8 100
Regulus' Exploration Log @reguluslog.bsky.social · 13/09/2026WuWa TCG's battle system is effectively a series of rock-paper-scissors battles. Attack cards have color. Red loses to blue, blue loses to green, green loses to red Seems like just guesswork, but this game is layered. Sometimes you'll throw out cards knowing your chosen card is likely to lose (3/8 100
Regulus' Exploration Log @reguluslog.bsky.social · 13/09/2026The game lets you pit 3 characters against each other. One takes the leader slot. Your team can swap in and out of the leader slot, but you only share 1 health total. So, much like the real game so far. But the next part is where things get a bit interesting (2/8 (img credit : kidzandcardz) 100
Regulus' Exploration Log @reguluslog.bsky.social · 13/09/2026Ahoy! I've been playing lots of #games, and I've made this account to talk about them. Game#01 is the Wuthering Waves Trading Card Game! Something that feels like a hybrid between a card game and a fighting game. I was there for the official opening in Thailand, so let's talk about that too! (1/8 122
Regulus' Exploration Log @reguluslog.bsky.social · 13/09/2026Welcome to Regulus' Exploration Log! I'll be using this account to post recommendations, reviews and commentary on things I've experienced, either recently or in the past. Will likely focus on games but other media will pop up too. Willing to try out indie stuff by people on here too! 011
