it's all one trade. If Coreweave doesn't work Nvidia doesn't work. That's why its amazing Magnetar is involved as from a distance, this looks like the Magnetar trade of 2008 with Coreweave as the equity tranches and Nvidia as the super senior

I don't think that works, Coreweave going down in flames would be hugely destructive for equity market sentiment and equity valuations and vol matter for credit spreads and issuance

I don't think discretionary fundamental guys tend to have a price target for CRWV other than $0 the trade makes sense if you thikn their book gets repriced to current GPU spot rates , but is that a durable catalyst?
