I went to Bolé Ethiopian last night for dinner and a) the food was excellent b) they had the most charming and informative menu I’ve ever seen. for example

I have no structural cycles in my life (like a school year) so the past two years I make a list of everything I want to do in a season then try to do it. It make me feel more in touch with the cycles of nature
