1/ A piece of news that still feels slightly unreal to say out loud: I’ve signed a contract with @universitypress.cambridge.org to turn my PhD thesis into a monograph, 'Brides of Drought: Cane, Climate and Conjugality in Western India'. If all goes to plan, the book will be out next year.🌱
