The first 20 minutes of World War Z are genuinely so riveting. A masterclass of this specific type of escalation movie. Completely underrated, as is the film as a whole. So many great sequences that would be standouts in lesser horror features. Amazing salvage job overall.

I love hearing about heroes and people's stories on 9/11 but this year's anniversary was filled with AI. I think using AI to write about someone’s tragic story makes you the absolute bottom of the barrel. So undignified and inhumane in the face of the horror these people endured.
