Was surprised how short it was last time I played. Was enjoying it, but felt myself running out of game fast. Not like I was attempting a speed run either. Was definitely dawdling to enjoy the nostalgic ambience.

Was playing Suikoden Tactics just this morning. Had been so long I couldn't remember what I was doing.

Have you noticed, lately, or noticed people around you commenting, that there just seems to be no money anymore. There's no money for companies to make the tv shows you like, the video games you like, the local diner you like shut down, no one you know can find a job. Think about that in context of

surprised they made a few more, but it's not obnoxious or intrusive. No one is redirecting the plot towards their darling. They're not dwelling on minor characters, but they are showing them. And they usually get a speaking part. 3/3

fit in with existing character designs and Bolgan looks tiny compared to his in-game art. Music frequently sampled the original score from the game, even if it didn't use the same tracks exactly. Rune magic is shown but downplayed as pretty handy, but normal. With 100+ characters already, I'm 2/

The first episode of the #Suikoden anime was pretty darned good. A short list of thoughts: Heard the pacing criticized, but it was fine. Quick but not quick enough to ruin it. Character designs were solid, but you will see some differences. My only two complaints here are the Kage ninjas don't 1/

#devtober day 2, foot ik sinking Added a small sink range for Brian's model to help align him with the terrain. I was always bugged whenever he moved around a slope and had a visible gap between his shoes and the ground, since his stubby legs couldn't snap at that distance etc.

This is so common, in my experience. Someone decides "Well that's ugly!" and builds over the access point like water, sewage, power, etc. will never come up. My sister's driveway obstructed access to the crawl space with her water meter.

Watched the trailer and, um, wow that wasn't very good. Was so insecure about its source material. Trying to be meta because it's embarrassed to be a barbarian cartoon. He-Man could be funny and still play the premise straight. This is like every joke is an apology.

Was just lamenting how two of my favorite series had been streamlined to the point I didn't find them as engaging anymore. Like they were just handing me the win because they didn't trust me to have the attention span to try.
