Is there plugin for hassle free drawing of basic shapes (rectangle, circle)
Only plugins i found are "meme joke" or dialog where you put values ... which is not any better than reccomended selection to stroke.

Open your image in Inkscape and add all shapes you want then export it and work on it on Gimp.
