Rooting for the UConn women is different from rooting for any other team in any other sport. They're up 9 at the half and you just know their coach is going to justifiably tear them apart at halftime. Anything short of perfection feels unacceptable.

It seems like Sarah Strong has both lost weight and bulked up at the same time. That's bad news for teams that aren't UConn.

Instead of sitting in front of my TV on 11/3 sweating election results I'm going to see Taylor Tomlinson in a small 250 seat comedy club which she's using as a warm up show for her upcoming tour. I spent $50 each and they're going for over $1k online, but I'm taking my daughter so I'm not selling.

In less than 24 hours I get to watch the UConn women play basketball on my TV. in less than 48 hours I get to watch the UConn men play basketball on my TV. Sometimes life is good.
