Search for the Eagle Nebula on AstroBin… many examples by amateur astrophotographers (though of course these will usually be reflecting telescopes—much more commonly used for astronomy—not refracting). There’s also the Hubble version, which is closer to “true color”.

Lots of good content, Don, but this one is sadly a fake. Dan Huot of NASA said it's not from the ISS, and is most likely a render. In fact, if you zoom in on a higher quality version you can see the terrain is "stepped", which would suggest it was rendered with a low-resolution height map.
