Vapor listened intently as the other spoke. However, his cold and emotionless demeanor did not shift in the slightest. "Flattery is a fools game, my friend... just get to the point of why you've contacted me. Surely it wasn't just to idly chat, hm?" Seems recent events have had a rather lasting~

Curiously enough, Vapor had been out in the storm itself. He'd never been one to shy away from a vicious rain storm, especially not since he'd gotten his powers. If anything in the heart of a storm is where he felt the most at peace. However, this peace would not last for much longer. As with a~

[ @riddingthewave.bsky.social ] Avid's cell would've been silent if not for the static raging on within. Suddenly, several speakers near the ceiling of his concrete cell flicked to life with Vapor's voice. "That static is growing so tedious to listen to... I'd really appreciate it if you would~

Vapor let out a small chuckle to himself, sitting in the private section of his lair. He sat on a small bench in front of the grand piano he used to relax and plan out his schemes. With a stretch of his arms and a crack of his knuckles, he began to play a small tune called Carmen Overture.

~ With a taunting wave, Vapor would once again use his powers. This time, it was to propel himself upwards towards the only way out of this concrete cage. A small hatch made of an unknown material that was high enough that only someone with flight capabilities could reach it.
