Try to contain your sadness. This is likely the last Satisfactory post for a while. BECAUSE WE LAUNCHED PHASE 5! We did it! We saved the kitties and puppies! (So Ada tells me.) Enjoy my expanded nuclear plant because I tripped the power grid this afternoon and had to quickly add more generation.

We are nearing completion! All 4 Phase 5 components are now being manufactured! There's just 1 more major project I want to complete before we ship phase 5 and that's Ficsonium Fuel Rods. (Needs research first!) Here's my main factory and 2 views of the sprawling nuclear factory. So many trains!

Red's core factory in Satisfactory. Where all the project parts are manufactured. A 3 level factory with 12 (count them! 12!) train stations bringing in components from satellite factories around the world.

The front half of Red's nuclear factory. 4 nuclear reactors churn our power. All nuclear fuel rods (uranium and plutonium) are manufactured on site. Not fully seen are 4 train stations bringing in components from around the world.

The back half of Red's nuclear power factory. Rows of machines work diligently to produce the fuel that power 4 generators. Before the game is done at least 1 more generator will be added.

Sorry I haven't been active on Bluesky this weekend. I've been doing cursed shit with trains. 🚂 (And I'll do it again!) Can you count the number of stations surrounding my base at this point? I'm sure there's still room for more. (Because I'll need more things brough in from remote factories!)

A view from above downward from what Red calls the "Sky Bridge" which a footbridge extending out from a rather tall cliff. There are several train track spirals working their way down the cliff face. It is truly cursed in my humble opinion.

The beginning of a Satisfactory factory. That is to say a very large empty platform built mostly floating slightly over the default starting area. The implication is the player has played before and knows roughly some of the early pitfalls the factory could run into and is trying to avoid them.
