Destiny means more to me than I can really put into words. So while this hurts, it's not going anywhere, and I'm very thankful for the love it brought into my life 💜

For all its faults, I can't stop loving MARATHON. The aesthetic is so delicious, I've spiralled about my OCs in the verse too much-- I wanna make some fancy Shell Select screens next.

One of my finished commissions of a foxy diver! Its honestly been so long since I've done a proper Helldiver piece, but since I've been slowly dropping my way back into its loop, I might make some more personal pieces... I do miss making some personalized Super Destroyer+Diver posters.

I've officially finished up two long standing commissions and feel oh so very satisfied, even though I need to get more. For all the doubts that have crept up inbetween the start and finish, it's always worth it in the end.

Gave myself a day of grace as my partner went back home, thus beginning another cycle of culminating funds to go to them and figure out the beurocracy of immigration. Have a personal take on the Gua'ata from Blades in the Dark! Particularly my ex-Gualim, Sheep.

Realizing I never actually posted the VN style portrait of my latest Lancer chara, Lever; UIB Agent posing as a DOJ/HR Investigator Auxilliar, often tasked on forecasted apocalypse level events by WATCHER. She pulls levers and is the lever which averts, or starts, catastrophe.

Red Nomad @rednomad.bsky.social · 07/01/2026

A smaller piece poking at some UIB Hardsuit designs from Lancer-- once again, pulling a lot from Halo for insperations because I think it's neat :)

Red Nomad @rednomad.bsky.social · 06/01/2026

My latest Lancer pilot, and I've decided to unapologetically go all in on fancy agent and sleek pilot vibes, while still playing at some yeehaw energy; they are called Lever, after all.

For all the bleakness of reality, I am still hopeful for the future; I'm aiming to try and complete my commissions within a week, as well as to seriously pick up some 3d modelling.

Red Nomad @rednomad.bsky.social · 05/01/2026

Been occasionally doing some artstuffs besides my commissions as well! Mostly to try and kickstart the art groove. I was humming and hawing over a Union grunt from Lancer a bit ago, and wanted to emulate the Halo marine but uh... may have leaned too hard into it lmao

Red Nomad @rednomad.bsky.social · 05/01/2026

Almost a week after new years... and I finally remember to post about it-- and I'm still a bit tired after EVERYTHING. I know I've been pretty quiet for uh... a few months now, but I've been doing my best to just Get Better(tm) after breaking my hip in October.

Spiralled about concepting Lever's Mech; a Raleigh named Draw. I wanted to make a non-core mounted Mjolnir, and uh, struggled lmao. But I am happy with the recoilless wings I settled on. Meant to be on the more dextrous side, having been a pattern designed to fit an old and failed UIB req order

Surprisingly fragile after all. (When your DM attacks your previous PC in a vision during your CURRENT GAME) #OC | #DnD | #art

A sketchy drawing of my OC Mina Lockwood. She's a doll like construct with a lotta cracks across her body that show her age. She has a mismatched arm that's crossing her body so she can hold herself. And she has magical opalescent hair.

She's sitting away from the viewer, nude, and looking over her shoulder at a large crack that's on her back which reveals her gemstone and clockwork heart. She's clearly upset about it

Friendo is cooking up a Spy/Underworld vibed Lancer game, and thanks to a poll, I have settled on a Yeehaw FemmeFatale, callsign Lever. Gonna be piloting a sneaky Support Raleigh that will hopefully blam damage on its off-turn while applying buffs, debuffs and reloading on its active turn.

Some contemplations and indulgent arts of Sheep, my Faris from Blades in The Dark. I keep finding good references for their physique and never acted on it, so I decided to bite down and do something about it. Also fighting to keep my art pace.

Recently completed Halo Reach's campaign with four other friendos; one kept making eyes at anyone who grabbed the GL so I felt compelled. Was a good time, belated celebration of Reach Anniversaryu_u Hoping to draw up the other boios

Been going through Dark Souls 3 again with my partner, using the seamless coop mod. I've dedicated myself to using polearms, and it has been so interesting-- it hits walls SO MUCH. Anyways; my Undead is Kami, who is a manifestation of the systems of violence that permeate Lothric.

I may have been poking at Blades in The Dark again, and immediately made a brothel. Lady Liesel, the proprietess of the newly established Red Queen Sanctuary with a curiously grown pearl augmentic. And Liara, a happenstance courtesan that specializes in duelling.

Marathon exudes such exquisite aesthetic, I am spiralling, thinking about TTRPGs to play in its vibe. (Lowkey, hoping Bungie figures itself or finds some redemption so I can more genuinely enjoy it. For now, it's appreciation in spite of it all.)
