It also helps us approach comic making in a more sustainable manner and balance out time between work, home, fun, and comic better. This is something that I personally wish was the norm in comics. Also. It’s a free comic on the internet. We post pages when we post pages.

If anything, it’s very reminiscent of the crunch culture around comic production and how people want things immediately and feel entitled to it. We go about our comic the way we do to have a better overview of the story and be able to make adjustments well before the pages go live.

Bluesky is being weird, so answering this on the comic account: people have different approaches on how they post their webcomic. There isn’t a right or wrong way to do that. It’s what works best for you. I, Sage, don’t mind answering questions, but commentary about lead times wasn’t a great start.

Each chapter is as long as it needs to be, we aren't really scoping them to anything consistent. Chapter 2 is scripted to be 53 pages but chapter 3 is going to be a long one.
