The gameboy color game is absolutely terrible though 😂 My ranking of robot wars games goes: 1. Arenas of Destruction PS2 - generally good 2. Extreme Destruction GBA - the cool 3D one 3. Advanced Destruction GBA - not great but something 4. Extreme Destruction Xbox 5. Metal Mayhem GBC - AWFUL!

There's bit of robots all over the arena! They better mind those arena wall flamers they can be very dangerous. Their spike has been broken off!! They're going to have to try another tactic now.

I struggle with the hardest boss in the game...

I actually just completed it this evening! Got it on my Windows 98 machine with a MIcrosoft Sidewinder flight stick all bonus objectives, the Emperor's Hand~

Actually Robot Wars should probably be Robot Arena 2... thats just a generally better game. But I like them both.

You need a suction cup for screens, a plastic pick, hairdryer, a steady hand, force and a ton of patience. It isn't super hard to remove, it's delicate but forceful, just gotta be extra careful of dust getting in to the space between the glass and the screen

I replaced the scratched top screen lens too, one of the most stressful repairs yet! Super difficult to avoid getting dust underneath it
