A lot of the pain were pre-paid by the past me, but it was a lot of consideration when I was doing the initial UI layout to make sure that things don't appear too small on smaller screen and doesn't overlaps each other. As for the deck specifically, it is just annoying with its not quite 16:9 ratio.

The actual UI was made from the beginning to be somewhat scalable, but one of the main pain point here is making sure every other things that depends on the window's size to update correctly, stuff like my custom cursor, or object layouts that assumed the aspect ratio of the screen to not change.
