Day 7 of #31DaysOfHorror ... Fear street 1994 (part 1) Lots of fun bits though a few aspects were a tiny bit further into the 90s when they actually happened....but the soundtrack wouldn't be as good without the stretching of the years.

Day 6 of #31DaysOfHorror Went a bit retro on this evening's viewing of Nightbreed (director's cut / arrow films special edition) it's one of those films that I think SFX has caught up enough to do better effects but I'm afraid it would lose it's charm if it was remade.

@romgothsam.bsky.social I found the trailer for Eega (the film where a man is reincarnated as a fly, mentioned in talk chat) on imdb and it's the most delightfully bonkers thing I've seen all week. it appears to be on Amazon Prime (UK) .... Definitely going to watch it this evening!

That is tough, because they are all excellent. I know Percy is like prince charming and BFF in cat form, and Mimi is the bestest fluffy cloud. But Alan is just a delight too. (I'm kinda glad he's not an Adam. There's too many of those.) I might have to ponder on it.

It's been a double bill cinema day (I booked in time to get good seats for £4 a ticket for national cinema day) I feel that as a pairing, camp miasma and I want your sex have a fair bit to say on sexual repression, expression and exploration. In very different tones. Kinks all round!
