HJR 4 is on your ballot in November, but it was NOT put there by the people of Idaho. It was placed on the ballot by the Legislature, and the goal is to convince you to surrender your voting rights on a sweeping range of issues related to drugs and medicine. No on HJR 4!

Some great news! In Missouri, legislators proposed an amendment to make it much, much harder to pass citizen-led ballot measures. Today, voters defeated the amendment in an 80-20 landslide. Here in Idaho, we must do the same by voting NO on HJR 4 in November!

An underappreciated danger in school voucher schemes is families may take on new debt—to private schools or other vendors—beyond what vouchers cover. HS degree grantors and for-profit microschools can hike tuition and all but force families to take out top-off loans to complete.

The proposals would make it harder for residents to get something on the ballot, a longtime Republican goal. The governor would have new veto authority.
