#letterboxdFriday, y'all! My #lastFourWatched this week: I cannot believe I was born in the 80s but has never seen 9 to 5 - the pot scene? Perfection. I liked TDWP2, though not enough as the OG. Zootopia was fine, loved watching it with my sister. Crime 101 felt very 90s coded (complimentary)

On this #LetterboxdFriday, my #lastFourWatched includes a fun movie-that-is-a-stage-play with some great performances, a hokey rewatch, a revenge fantasy, and a scifi classic that I genuinely don't understand how anyone misinterprets

Birthday #letterboxdFriday! My #lastFourWatched: A recorded stage musical that I thought was fun but with some camera choices that felt jarring, a movie I remember from middle school that didn't age perfectly but better than I worried, a gorgeous watercolor French animated film, and a dumb comedy

Merrily we roll along (2025)

#LetteboxdFriday #lastFourWatched #filmsky #moviesky Weird week for movies. Caught Ready or Not 2 and felt it captured the fun and insanity from the first, romance from 2000 that I enjoyed and get why it shows up on people's lists for favs, monster fare that was really compelling, and a musical

Happy #LetterboxdFriday to those who celebrate! Spent some time in the theater this week, so my #lastFourWatched includes a really fun space romp with so much charisma, a classic, an underwhelming and at times incoherent film that I'm still kind of mad about, and a bottle location horror film

I've been home sick and so have watched many movies. Posting my #lastFourWatched on this here Tuesday because why the hell not. A nostalgia watch that is not good but was not as terrible as I'd feared it would be, a great 70s crime thriller, British comedic movie, and just beauty in every frame

Movie posters going left to right for:
My Fellow Americans (1996)
The Taking of Pelham One Two Three (1974)

the top democrats aren't refusing to take a strong stance against ICE out of cowardice; they like ICE and the things it does and they want it to be there when they win the next election so they can use it. if they ever budge on this it will be because they were forced
