This was so much fun! Thanks for the brilliant comments and lovely hospitality. Extra meaningful as it’s where I did my masters - somehow 16 years ago!

Loved being involved as a judge at the UoB postgrad research festival today. Such a treat to learn about PGR research from right across campus.

Yo! Academics, I have a question, Are you training your students how to use AI? I teach international development, and I teach my students how to craft prompts, brainstorm, explore, and refine queries. Curious to learn how others engage with this tech revolution! 🙂

Had the best time back in my academic home, Newcastle uni! Fantastic to catch up with old friends and mentors and learn about exciting new experimental econ research going on! Also can confirm the pubs are still excellent!

A day late to the Fibonacci party but I enjoyed this a lot!

I
Wrote
A poem
On a page
But then each line grew
To the word sum of the previous two
Until I began to worry about all of these words coming with such frequency
Because as you can see, it can be easy to run out of space when a poem becomes all Fibonacci sequency

I’m new here (Got to love a bandwagon!). Starting as I mean to go in with a cat pic.
