Because I was able to find peace within torture and within slavery and within other kinds of abuse and hardship. Those are valuable skills to reduce suicidal ideation for people. So the meditation skills, and spiritual insights that helped me are valuable.

When all is chaotic on the macro, one of the best things that someone can do is to take absolute accountability for the micro. Millions of people amplify news stories etc, which is necessary and valuable, but some of you need to do the opposite. Otherwise all energy goes to war & none to peace.
