there’s a beautiful ginger and white cat that keeps trying to get into my house (they had a collar on one of the times so i assume they are well cared for and just very loving and adventurous) however this cat is my dog’s arch nemesis and the reason my dog can’t shut up in the yard lol

if ur into guided meditations (particularly long ones) i really recommend Lucid Power Mind on Insight (name of app). doing their meditations have really helped with me letting go of constantly feeling like i *have* to accomplish something during a meditation when really it’s just about feeling 🦋
