#Ingress #Beijing

The reason why Ingress can be a forever game, isn't that someone always wins; it's that victory has a process, and defeat has a reason. Pandora's Box is easy to open. It's time to decide. @brianrose.bsky.social please

In case Chinese is obscure, here is the translation: - ? - Don't attack the shard portal. Now is the flip immune phase, after that, it will flip to green for defense. Attacking now is just helping the blue team. - I AM BLUE, buddy - haha okay then have fun - same

Is this allowed just because the rules don't say no? Doesn't it go against the game's goal of strategy, teamwork, and pure faction conflict? The definition of a "rogue" agent shall be reclarified. We play for the process, not just the score.

When the 'Flip-to-Neutralize' tactic is countered by a simple Faction flip just to take down the structure 'from the inside,' it ceases to be a strategic battle and becomes a low-effort permission bypass. This isn't a tactic upgrade; it's a gameplay downgrade.

@brianrose.bsky.social Hello Brain, I hope you had a wonderful weekend. Ours, unfortunately, was not so pleasant. The issue was that in the Beijing Shard, some Enlightened agents were cooperating with the Resistance.
