The old Ford Motor Company’s “Glass House” building will be demolished in 2027. I am shocked that there don’t seem to be good photos of the penthouse or more photos in general of the place. Has anyone seen a good archive online?

I am helping a close family member make difficult medical decisions like, whether it’s time for assistive care. It’s a reminder to me to not take any day or health for granted. Health can change rapidly. Try your hardest to live a life of balance.

Many people don’t realize if you leave an agentic session idle for over 5 minutes or 1 hour, you pay significantly higher token costs unnecessarily. The cached tokens in the context become uncached. Cache rewrites are more expensive. You may have compaction too.

I know some people aren’t sold on it, but I have been using Fabel 5 at work and I am extremely impressed with its ability to work for extended periods of time and produce a high-quality PR. It seems to excel on repos with extensive tests (e2e, integration, unit).

If you use coding agents regularly, it helps to know what they're actually doing. Datadog Lapdog is a free way to see under the hood: cost, context window usage, and tool use. In this post, I share why you might want to take a look at this tool. chrisebert.net/see-what-you...

Given Microsoft’s aggressive efforts to encourage customers to adopt Copilot and AI services, it baffles me why MS Teams lacks the ability to summarize threads and messages and only surface time sensitive notifications. This seems like something AI would be very capable of.

Amazon is aggressively promoting the Nova Act, but I find Playwright + Claude models to be quite good already. The argument is that there’s a special model Nova trained with reenforcement learning with the browser automation tool. I’d love to see an objective comparison of both approaches.
