That’s not entirely true. And what about all the denied claims while the policy is in force?🤔 As a lawyer, I’m well aware that contract law isn’t always as cut & dried as you may think. There may be equitable remedies available under the law for detrimental reliance, bad faith, & more.

The ENTIRE POINT of insurance is to protect people from RISK. If there weren’t any risk, people wouldn’t need insurance! So insurance companies are selling & charging people for a product they know they’ll withdraw or fail to deliver when it’s needed. That’s called FRAUD.

The prime reason Trump won is the media. What they chose to report about, what they ignored, & the slant of their stories. While enforcement/prosecution is important for other reasons, it’s nearly irrelevant when it comes to swaying the majority of voters. Elections are won & lost with the media.

I believe there are ways it can be worded to ensure everyone clearly knows it’s simply their pre-emptive protection from retribution. Nobody (except MAGA) would ever believe they were involved in wrongdoing or think less of them for it. Maybe he could just issue a blanket pardon for everyone.

I never said to engage/reply to bots or Nazis. I said make limited posts sharing actual news. Not everyone who looks at Twitter is MAGA or fascist. There are still a lot of people who check it for news events, sports, etc. Even Pete acknowledges why he goes on Fox — to meet people where they are.
