Was mad but I didn’t care. The hygienist was really nice but his crappy bedside manner and his refusal to play music in the room didn’t help. Music is a big coping skill for me & the only sounds in the room were the drill & some other machine so I didn’t have any distractions.

I had the weirdest experience at the dentist today. It’s a husband/wife team & I prefer the wife but ended up with the husband. I was getting 2 fillings replaced. He was halfway through the first one & I couldn’t breath, full on anxiety. Had to ask if we could just do one today. I could tell he
