"Bring Manufacturing Back"... how? Aside from the millions to build a building, machinery is now at an almost two year lead time (and expensive, with Tarriffs). So at best, a brand new plant, with unlimited funding, could maybe start up in 4 to 6 years... I know this, being in that area for years.
