Designing a komodude, and he's got an appetite! Trying for that "sleek-whilst-bulging-with-muscle" look big monitors have and it's so difficult to capture! It's not something I see pulled off in dragon and fantasy reptile art too often; instead muscle usually seems to hang loose as with mammals.

A digital sketch design of an anthropomorphic komodo dragon character. The komodo stands upright approximately 12 feet tall when compared to an average sized male human figure. He appears friendly and is smiling, but is then depicted in a short sketch sequence devouring their human companion whole and alive. The final sketch shows the komodo stood upright with a very full belly, the human's figure is clearly visible curled up tightly within the reptile's stomach, being crushed into a tight ball of meat and limbs by the might of its muscular stomach walls!
Meanwhile the komodo politely suppresses a belch with his clawed palm, he doesn't intend to be rude after all.
