Some mornings I like to linger in bed and enjoy the sensations of my overnight diaper. I try to imagine what it might be like to be waking up in a locked crib, waiting for daddy or mommy to come let me out. Would it be straight to the changing table or the high chair?

I lost 5lbs of fat and gained 5 of muscle during my fitness challenge. Gonna create my own challenge for the next few months and keep the progress going. I refuse to go up a size in diapers!!!

Forgot to change before bed last night. Luckily my diaper held up and didn’t leak all over my bed. Little boys often forget that they need diaper changes. 😏 It’s just not something we think about or can be trusted with.

Taking time to slow down and embrace my inner child today. Maintaining a youthful mindset slows the aging process. Until real age reversal becomes an option, and it will, the goal is to slow it down any way I can. Im told I look younger than my age and I think that’s from embracing my AB side.
