This is my setup for my MacBook Pro when it’s not on my actual lap. My built-in keyboard works, I just hate it.

Amazing. Electrify America support informs me that these, the very first instructions on their charging station screen, is wrong.

A charging station screen that displays, most prominently, the text “Plug in first”, which is NOT what you should do first according to the support provided.
