No politician is ever going to be perfect, and I don’t really want to defend Kamala because I know all of her flaws, but I do think people fail to give credit where it's due on what she *DID* have to offer, and how her merits and plan got *ZERO* media attention whatsoever, with propaganda dominant.

Kamala's position of "not doing anything different" than Biden was a billionaire-owned media fabrication. She actually had a whole website with her entire (very progressive, far more than Biden) agenda laid out. It got silenced. She was the most progressive ticket the D party had ever fielded.

Oh, you don’t seem like the problem. But the 10 million who stayed home in 2024 out of ignorance while thinking they held the high ground sure could use some history lessons. Or listening to what Palestinians would've preferred. (They wanted Kamala over Trump, because they KNEW he was worse.)

When right-wing authoritarian-inclined politicians are in power, progress dies. The first step is keeping them out permanently. The second step is Primarying insufficiently progressive candidates to push the needle further and further left gradually. Better every cycle, rather than the same.

A blue wave won’t save us, but it sure gives us the conditions where we can set ourselves up for future successes. The thing about progress is it’s a progress, which involves progression. There will never be overnight fixes. Just gradually imperfect changes closer to better systems.

And that includes never taking any "moral 'high' ground" regarding both sides being the same and refusing to vote because of thinking they both equally suck. We can Primary insufficiently progressive Dems. There’s no Primaries which can de-fascist the Republican party anymore.

We literally have history books teaching about American genocide. Of black people, of natives, etc. And those are a much more uncomfortable truth harder to digest than just blaming a politician.

Brianna Danielle Lewis @rbree2.bsky.social · 16h
Kamala lost because gullible people believed Israeli-fueled propaganda of both sides being the same and blaming the candidates for an inherently American issue. Genocide is built into America and isn’t tied to any candidate, but propaganda is easy to manipulate into saying it’s a candidate.

Which is paet of the many reasons why using AI slop is so harmful; it’s surrendering the resistance of the art in the process.

There’s plenty of books which can’t be found online for free, would you say none of them can ever be cited for anything just because they’re not available to link to you? Because I grew up in the era where we weren’t allowed to even cite Wikipedia summaries, we had to read actual books.

Brianna Danielle Lewis @rbree2.bsky.social · 04/10/2026
Well, as far as I know, there’s no online copy of "107 Days". I can’t link to you a nonexistent online copy of a book. But I can, and have, cited the book in question. Which before the days of the internet, was the only way to actually cite sources, mind you. The assertion is backed in the book.

If you look into Bernie's voting record, as well as what legislation he's worked on, you'll find your hero to be very much not worth the pedestal he's on. He's half the reason why we have Trump in the first place, and why so many politicians of color, especially younger ones, struggled to get in.

We don’t have any rights; we have conditional privileges.
Listen, if a Bad President can come and take away our rights and we're dependent on a Good President replacing them in four years to give us back our rights, then we do not have any rights.

If politicians can take or distribute them, then they're not "inallenable," and they're not "rights."

We don’t have inalienable rights, we have conditional privileges, divvied out according to the whims of whoever currently holds the reins.

And if we want to have actual rights, then we must build a system in which no one has the power to take them away to begin with.

What we deserve is a younger generation of far-left politicians who have at bare minimum: No AI Pac ties. No corporate sponsors. Are pro-LGBTQIA+. Are anti-ICE. Are pro-Ukraine. And if they're under 30 years old, are anti-Zionist. And regardless of age, are anti-genocide.

To be fair, Bernie is also what's wrong with the Democratic party. Dude's just a performative old white guy who steals talking points from politicians of colors and then sides with Republicans when nobody's bothering to look despite all of his bravado and performative actions. But yes, not wrong.

I did back it up. I cited exactly where my claim came from. Just because I don't have a copy to an online version of the book to link to you doesn't mean I didn't give you the backed-up citation. And don't you dare call me a centrist. I'm more far left than most people who call themselves leftist.

Well thanks to the Supreme Court ruling they made to protect Trump regarding Presidential Immunity, retroactively, that meant per that same ruling, Nixon was no crook and committed no crimes, because his Presidential Immunity protected him from any claims of wrongdoing.

It's easy to replace a not-sufficiently-progressive candidate when left-leaning politicians are in power and loosely are enacting progressive policies even if they're not doing enough. It's much harder to replace them with far-left politicians when far-right extremists are in control.
100
Brianna Danielle Lewis @rbree2.bsky.social · 03/10/2026
Every time far-right, or even right-leaning, politicians are elected to positions of power and enact their agenda, progress is set back decades, making it harder to elect more progressive candidates. Which is why the focus should be keeping them out of power, no matter what, first and foremost.
100
Brianna Danielle Lewis @rbree2.bsky.social · 03/10/2026
Yeah. Elections have consequences. The consequences of giving the conservative far-right power a full majority is, the replacement isn't magically going to be the opposite level of far-left. Just look at Hungary. Yes, they got rid of their far-right dictator. By electing a right-leaning moderate.

Many people don't realize a lot of what they blame her for were actually the actions of Biden, and a lot of what they think she didn't do, she was actually the one doing. Her accomplishments got suppressed and Biden's faults got entirely placed on her, the exact opposite of what was supposed to.
000
Brianna Danielle Lewis @rbree2.bsky.social · 03/10/2026
Oh, she did. But Israeli and Russia-fueled propaganda, as well as billionaire-owned media, suppressed her distancing. A critical point in her book is her criticisms of Biden and how, in his remaining time between giving up his 2024 candidacy and the results, he still focused on himself.

how is it that in 2000 years, nobody has ever used the pseudonym/alias of "loose fur" for Lucifer? Every other variant has been used from Lucy to Reficul and so on and so forth but two words which sound almost like the name are never used as a name.

If you expect a Republican-controlled and majority congress to be anything but a co-conspirator, you will always end up disappointed. Fortunately, voter suppression tactics and cheating only go so far; vote en masse in November, and we can have a Dem majority empowered to challenge them.

Brianna Danielle Lewis @rbree2.bsky.social · 03/10/2026
We had the best option available in 2024, a black woman more progressive than ANY previous candidate with an even more progressive VP on the ticket. Sadly, we're likely stuck with Gavin Newsom in 2028 who is a friend of billionaires, and more moderate than any candidate in the last 12 years.

Well, when 10 million people who voted D in 2020 buy propaganda funded by Russia and Israel that both sides are the same and choose not to vote in 2024, there’s consequences to their inactions.

It would let people essentially tell their life story through their teeth, and tell more than any records would. People could lay out their entire history, their name, their family, their jobs, etc., through these, and if they were ever to have their remains uncovered for any reason, tell it.
000
Brianna Danielle Lewis @rbree2.bsky.social · 01/10/2026
The idea; dental records are used to identify people and can give information about an individual from thousands of years ago. But lots of people lose teeth, get procedures done, etc., and don’t have a full collection of perfect teeth. Putting artificial teeth/fillings with info gives history.
100
Brianna Danielle Lewis @rbree2.bsky.social · 01/10/2026
Billion-dollar idea: artificial teeth/fillings which contain as much information about the person in question, which will survive thousands of years of decay, regardless of dirt, water, mold, etc. And can still be read thousands of years later. (This disqualifies a lot of existing microchips.)

The thing about AI is it makes everything "easier" in the most incompetent way possible. Why bother having actual databases when the AI can generate an AI approximation of one riddled with errors the people in charge of the system are too incompetent to realize aren’t actually real?

Now, I can and am upset that the trials were dropped. But I don’t blame the legal system or the Biden administration for following the proper process of the law. I blame the corrupt Supreme Court and the 2024 nonvoters who, between the two, allowed the trials to be dropped.

Brianna Danielle Lewis @rbree2.bsky.social · 29/09/2026
To convict a high-profile criminal for crimes involves doing precisely what they did: building a case over years led by a nonpartisan apolitical prosecutor to demonstrate the crimes indicated were performed willingly, knowingly, and deliberately in violation of the law with intent.

Brianna Danielle Lewis @rbree2.bsky.social · 29/09/2026
Well if you understand those rules and why the law was built around innocent until proven guilty, the burden of proof being on the accuser, the need for guilt to be established beyond all reasonable doubt, and the due process from these principles...why are you upset that's exactly what was done?

A lot of people, myself included, voted in 2024 specifically to try and keep him out of power so his trials would continue. 10 million nonvoters failed to get the message, and opted into letting his trials die.
