Another horrific performance and result. Amazing how quickly it’s unravelled. Genuinely shocked this is the same team that played so well against Liverpool and Spurs. Bizarre to keep picking Willock and Murphy. Bizarre to bench Steur. Totally outclassed by Coventry. #NUFC

Excellent today, so impressed. Great goals, organised performance. Loads of positives. Enjoying the start to the Jaissle era almost as much as Mrs B. #NUFC

Obv it’s early days, but it’s feeling exciting around #NUFC now. At the very least, Jaissle has done well to assuage those initial concerns regarding his appointment. He seems up to the job. Tactically flexible and the right sort of personality. Long may it continue 🙏🏽

I’ve gone from being terrified of the new season to being strangely excited for it. Would love to see Scalvini, Stiller and a right winger arrive, and switch the formation to 4-2-3-1. #NUFC

I wanted Howe gone, sure. But I wanted him gone properly, with some dignity, a handshake and a thank you, at the end of last season, and with plenty of time to recruit a replacement. This is a mess. #NUFC

You can say it’s pre-season all you want, but there is something seriously wrong at #NUFC. Transfer activity is just one item on a long list of issues at the club. We will be lucky to match 12th this season if things don’t change radically.
