Many Republican senators dismissed the idea of overruling the Senate parliamentarian after she rejected key Medicaid provisions in Trump's tax and immigration bill Thursday, which dealt a blow to Republicans' plan to slash costs in the budget package. The savings came from the changes in Medicaid.

Senate parliamentarian blocks Medicaid changes in Trump's bill, a blow to GOP! This is a major blow to Senate GOP. Thursday by ruling a key Medicaid provision in the megabill is out of order. Senate Reps will need to retool the provision or scrap it to pass the megabill using only GOP votes.

American companies paid $17B in Tariffs in April. That dwarfs any haul from Trumps his first term. It’s only a matter of time before these tariff fees get passed along to consumers. The Trump Admin states the we are in a TRANSITION STAGE into higher tariffs. Probably generating supply shortages.
