"It could be both" Yeah but uggghhhh a Mito and Yuna side story sounds so gooddd

❧💗Cyninoco💗☙ @rayoo--ya.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

ngl if I was given a choice of an SAO side story I would be stuck between Asuna and Mito

❧💗Cyninoco💗☙ @rayoo--ya.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

TRUTH I think Reki just does not know what to do with her. I feel like Reki does not know what to do with 99% of the cast 🤐but it's sad with Asuna since she is a main character.

❧💗Cyninoco💗☙ @rayoo--ya.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

I know 😭 I honestly don't particularly know why Asuna feels so convoluted in the newer novels. There are times where I feel like if I'm not truly a fan of Asuna because I have a hard time understanding her and what I am supposed to get out of her.

I'm gonna have to save up for the Asuna Centric Circle thing because of the works that maybe shared online, because I know the tariffs are gonna rip my bank account

❧💗Cyninoco💗☙ @rayoo--ya.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

It's still going on 😅buuut it seems like shikiasu won't make it 💔

010

❧💗Cyninoco💗☙ @rayoo--ya.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

she was star queen. I feel like a lot of these can be resolved with more context and some of these things are little trifling details but it means a lot when I'm tryna learn how my favorite character will act and react 🤞 but rn Asuna is a very confusing character

❧💗Cyninoco💗☙ @rayoo--ya.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

In the first volume of Progressive, she was mentioning how her friends in the real world seemed meaningless to her (not really the exact wording) but with Mito in the picture, I am confused about how she was. Then there is some continuity issues in UR and Moon Cradle during the time when she was-

❧💗Cyninoco💗☙ @rayoo--ya.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

making it hard to truly understand how she was during it. With the way she acted in the Progressor side story and Hopeful Chant, I am having a hard time grasping how she was. Then Mito was implemented into the story which kinda threw off some interpretation of her irl self pre-sao

❧💗Cyninoco💗☙ @rayoo--ya.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

In Mother's Rosario, Asuna always listed herself from the KoB to be ruthless, but after reading Hopeful Chant, it seems like she was just distant and honestly not really getting the takeaway that I had gotten from Mother's Rosario. I understand that her from being in the KoB isn't all that explored-

❧💗Cyninoco💗☙ @rayoo--ya.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

that was given to her in the Material Edition saying that she became stronger to wanna be beside Kirito. I haven't check the dates yet but I am leaning towards that she wants to be stronger to be with Kirito a newer piece of canon because it was more built up in PROG. In Mother's Rosario-

oof newmew, I'm gonna rant. I feel like a bunch of the retcons definitely came from Progressive which is the most likely. I remember back in the Morning Dew girl, Asuna was had said that she strived to become stronger to become the savior of Aincrad, but there was a conflict between the backstory-

I really enjoyed them in Fractured Daydream and got the development they deserved but omgggg I wanna see them in UR, I need to know how they are doing

I heard some other Mito fans say that she was originally supposed to be a bubbly student and I cant just help but think about Asuna's junior in the manga

Asuna fans getting ragebaited by their own favorite character

❧💗Cyninoco💗☙ @rayoo--ya.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

I still cant believe Asuna literally was betrayed by her leader and havent put a lot of thought to it and when she does she's like, "nah...he's difficult to understand.." 🫠

❧💗Cyninoco💗☙ @rayoo--ya.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

Do you think Asuna worked so hard for the KoB because she wanted Heathcliff to be impressed just like she wanted her mom to be impressed with her???

110

❧💗Cyninoco💗☙ @rayoo--ya.bsky.social · 05/10/2026

I am still hoping for another Asuna centric book like with MR
