I went to Canada again. It was lovely (again).

Photo of Moraine Lake near Banff, Canada. Blue water surrounded by trees with a glacier capped mountain.

Writing is hard. I am not a fan. *Continues writing*

Not to diminish the value of what's inside, but who is responsible for this cover art? It's perfection.

So, I bought these gorgeous displates and I know I wasn't supposed to open them because they're limited edition but COME ON. I saw Toy Story 2. Collectors items or not, these deserve to be seen and loved instead of packed away in the dark forever.

We have an upcoming mandatory AI integration workshop coming up at work and it's got me feeling extremely defeated. I have no motivation to write or paint anymore. Still happy to cheer for those who do.

Not that Bethesda ever did an incredible job with romance, but at least they tried. Obsidian are "avowed" aromantics.

Add to the list of reasons I am disappointed Obsidian is developing the next Fallout game the fact that they don't do romance. Forgive me for liking my RPGs a little spicy...

The soundtrack to this moment is me repeating "What are we doing?" over and over while she purrs like a maniac.

Dreamed that I had two guinea pigs named Tonya and Nancy and they didn't get along and Tonya ran away. My actual cat woke me up before the situation could be resolved, so the fate of Tonya guinea pig will remain a mystery.

My characters chuckle too much. They find the plot very amusing.

If I just lived in my shower I'd be a much more productive writer.

Made my submission deadline last weekend and now...... Who am I? Where am I?

Writing too. Then you reread a passage and realize you used "door" seventeen times and reset the scene outside.

I was editing a short story ahead of a submission deadline this weekend and every time I got to the end I burst into tears. I've read it 100 times by now! I know the characters aren't real and I'M the one putting the words in their mouths. But damn, are they sweet.
