Concerning trend I see online is using social justice language as a mask when talking about issues that at their core are interpersonal conflict. There is nothing wrong with feeling anger, envy, or hurt towards someone, but we need to talk about this in private with our support circles.

like im SO ready to hold my friends accountable when it is needed, but am I genuinely supposed to believe that someone spent years cyberbullying others on the internet and somehow there is not a single screenshot that proves this? (sorry to piggyback i've just been so frustrated over this lol)

oscar 🔜 furpoc @rayfalke.bsky.social · 07/10/2026

what shocks me is i've seen ppl lie about "the google docs never got released out of fear of retaliation" but NO, it DID get released, and it was full of claims of "cyberbullying" (something that by definition generates a lot of screenshotable receipts) with no actual screenshot receipts??

𝘔𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘴 Acrylic on panel, 14x18 inches My other artwork that will be displayed at the MIRXXX art gallery!

A painting depicting a person encased in an eyeless rubber hood, holding their mouth open and letting their tongue stick out, orange liquid dripping down from the tip. There is an orange glow emanating from inside their mouth. There are multiple pairs of arms surrounding them, supposedly theirs. One pair is gently holding the pair that is keeping their mouth open, another pair is wearing a rubber straitjacket, and another is cuffed above their head.

I guess the weird upside of AI is that those people will stop being fucking annoying at online communities trying to get others to work on their idea for free and instead will fail fast and realize that ideas are cheap (and also that their ideas suck)

110

oscar 🔜 furpoc @rayfalke.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

yeah that is exactly what confuses me so much. though to be fair i doubt people trying to sell openly AI-generated books are very smart so they probably haven't thought about that LMAO

120

oscar 🔜 furpoc @rayfalke.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

augh if it was Outside at first and then skin healed over it then i rly dont know... maybe message your pcp and ask what you should do about it? i dont think its serious or anything but as someone with bad medical anxiety i would probably ask anyway LOL

000

oscar 🔜 furpoc @rayfalke.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

when this happened to me in the past i used tweezers to pull it out (but if it's like, really lodged in there to the point where you can't grip it with tweezers, i would just wait instead)

120

oscar 🔜 furpoc @rayfalke.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

anyway this is just a little ramble about a specific baffling kind of AI use please don't try to discourse about AI in general in this thread I do not have the energy for it 💔

060

oscar 🔜 furpoc @rayfalke.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

I don't doubt that there are a decent number of people who want to machine-generate a book based on their XYZ prompt (despite how much I find the idea contemptible) but who would want to PAY MONEY for something that someone else generated?

250

oscar 🔜 furpoc @rayfalke.bsky.social · 13/09/2026

what puzzles me the most about people trying to sell (openly) AI-generated books is that there are SO many good books written by humans out there that one could not possibly read all of them in a single lifetime. how few people are even willing to buy a self-declared machine-generated book?
