Since I thiiink you're asking for feedback, here's my notes: Biggest areas for quick improvement are the nose, mouth and chin: ref's columella connects at a waaay shallower angle than you've done, philtrum is also not visible in ref -> assume soft shapes

I have a big procedural shader I modify each time (1) Final render (2) Large scale colour variation done with vertex colours (3) I avoid it if possible, but for the big spots I used a bespoke texture as mask (4) Smaller scale details like freckles are filled in with a bunch of tiling textures

The same face without any lighting, colours are bright and flat all freckles and spots are gone, lips are bare red
