A tree fell on my garden yesterday but luckily missed the house. They chopped it up today and I only lost a couple plants!!! Just have a ton of cleanup to do when the rain stops. Luckily didnt lose any of my carnivorous plants or my memorial plants for Anna and Zelda

Poor baby boy has to go back jn the cone for a week. No infection or anything but a scab formed over his stitches and it came off while they were trying to get them out so he has a little more healing to do. He was such a good boy for the vet and they gave us special treats for him bc he was so sad

Julius was already a serious mama's boy but he is definitely going to be extremely bonded to me after he recovers. He wont eat from any dishes right now so ive been hand feeding him chunks of (cat safe) chicken and tuna as well as churus to keep him hydrated. He is such a little baby guy

Julius had some cone free time yesterday and other than being a little mopey he's doing great! Taking his meds like a champ and eating normally. He goes back Thursday to have the bandage removed and then again on the 29th for a followup and sutire removal

Cocoa and the girls hang out! Sometimes they play too but also sometimes cocoa just like smacks the other cats fir no reason (never with claws, she's just a diva). She really does not like Julius much bc he's a mama's boy and she's jealous.

I laid on the bathroom floor with him this morning for a bit and we had snuggle time. Poor baby is still very scared. The scratch by his eye is from him fighting other adult cats outside so he needed to come in badly.
