I have a million ideas an hour and some of them are good and they coming out too fast and disjointed to talk. I can ramble to a locally stored LLM my hard to parse thoughts and it can turn it into coherent thoughts. I dunno. It can be helpful for ppl that have trouble communicating.

I know ai is evil and it’s wasting all our planetary resources but there are versions that run locally on your computer and you don’t have any idea how helpful they can be for someone with adhd and bipolar experience a manic swing.
