Knight’s Ransom by Jeff Wheeler was a surprising used bookstore find. It’s a cozy high-fantasy, knights' tale with magic and betrayal. This one is the first High Fantasy book outside of the romantasy genre that I enjoyed, and I love when new genres open up for me #10meaningfulbooks #books #author

Search your manuscript for “ly” and find ways to eliminate as many of those words as you can. Adverbs weaken your descriptions. She didn't look wistfully... her eyes carried the sorrow and want of all the broken hearts that came before her. Better, right?
