Raven800 @raven800.bsky.social · 25/08/2023Yes, but Armored Core (AC) was a different kind of beast. Before AC was a game where your performance determined how you progressed. If you failed too often, the game would side you "Human+" upgrades that helped those who were struggling. Later these were turned into unlocks and later removed in AC4 010

They're basically skill checking you. saying "this game is going to be difficult. if you can't get past this part then this might not be for you" 020
