Our paper by Sonja Mäntylä et al. is out! ☺️ 🎉 rdcu.be/e2jmR We report a rare case of PLNTY, a typically benign pediatric brain tumor, progressing to aggressive epithelioid glioblastoma. Tumor evolution revealed early loss of heterozygosity, CDKN2A/B loss, and whole-genome duplication.
