While not shocking...it's alarming that if EA really wanted to, they could snuff out mod support so easily. Especially with how this happened with the marketplace update of all times. It'd be a horrible idea obviously, but EA is no stranger to looking at a bad idea and doing it anyway because money.

I try to stay out of things & keep my mouth shut, but today I’m cancelling multiple patreon subs. I will not support anyone who creates for the sims marketplace. Don't let them do this to us. I’ve been a supporter of this game for the majority of my life, but they have truly crossed a line for me.

im so confused why we can’t set two moms/dads in cas. it also messes with family trees bc why is blossom marked as knox’s mom but mary isn’t? there should be an update where it just says parent like they did with changing bf/gf to partner

Have you found that #Sims4 build that you love on the gallery only to panic because of how many packs it uses? From the Gallery click the pack icon > from the pack info screen click "Show Used Items." You may find creators like me pick one shiny thing out of the pack to use that you may not miss.

Trying to download a Sims 4 build from the Gallery only to find out it uses packs and content that you don't have?

Click the pack icon from the gallery. This will bring up an information page about that pack.

From the pack information page, click the button that says "Show Used Items"

The Show Used Items will filter to show you what was used from that pack. If it was only one candlestick like you see here, you may not miss it if you download this build and you don't own the pack.
