At the 25yr reunion for my college, which offers a variety of engineering degrees, I learned: to a first order, anyone that didn't study CS or EE--about 75% of the class (mech, civil, bio, chem...)--is now shuffling money. What a waste of talent!

6 yo was taught in school that "Thanksgiving is a myth." The reality is that "white Europeans killed indigenous people." I told him that his mother is a white European. We spent the next 10 minutes him trying to wiggle out of that box, finding creative ways to not blame her.
