Common trope : ghosts make things cold. Leg w/the mystery shin splints turned cold again for no reason, so it’s probably ghosts. Zee took my foot pulses and they existed on both sides so I don’t need to go to the ER, but it would be nice if we could get to the bottom of this haunted blood issue

abbvfghgghhh I’m doing the thing again where I don’t say stuff because stuff is bad but it’s the ambiguous bad without concrete answers. Last MRI revealed a torn hip labrum + a deep fissure in the cartilage, which aren’t things that heal. Still unclear how much function I can get back though

Jamie ran a glowy mushroom workshop and I got to crawl around the yard looking for sticks and I stole a big ol’ bag of ‘em like some kind of dryad bandit. Then after my hard day’s banditry I went inside and pet multiple cats and they were all very soft and restoring.
