Made 11 X 200g portions of rice pilaf-ish. Contrary to opinion I do eat quite a lot of healthy stuff, often with rice. So I've pimped the rice into next week by adding lots of good stuff. £0.95 per portion, 7.5g fibre, 269 calories. Healthy food does not have to be costly!
